Sugar Cookie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Arbonne- its vegan protein and easy to digest)
1/2 Frozen Banana
3/4 cup Frozen Butternut Squash
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Whip Cream and Sprinkles (optional)
Directions
Diced up Frozen Squash if its not already diced
Peel and chop frozen banana into chunks
Add all ingredients into blender (except for whip cream and sprinkles)
Blend until smooth
Top with Whip cream and sprinkles if desired
